All the information on this Website, as well as its graphic design, images, source code, trademarks, trade names, designations, articles, reports, etc., is subject to the intellectual and industrial property rights of ADVENTURE MAPS – Ignacio Calvo Mateos. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap and other open sources under their own licences, credited on every map.

Restrictions on use

Under no circumstances does access to the Website imply the waiver, transfer, assignment or total or partial licence of those intellectual or industrial property rights, nor does it grant any right to use, translate, adapt, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate that content for commercial purposes without the prior and express authorisation of ADVENTURE MAPS – Ignacio Calvo Mateos. The use of purchased maps is governed by the terms of sale.

The User keeps the right to view the content and to obtain a copy in the cache memory of their computer, as a transient and incidental reproduction, without being authorised in any case to communicate it to third parties.

Infringing any of these rights may breach these provisions and may constitute an offence punishable under articles 270 onwards of the Spanish Criminal Code.
